My nine-day solo travel expedition ended with three days in Prague. These days were invested in taking advantage of their low dining prices (hello very large meat platters) and coming back to eat more Trdelník – a sweet pastry made from rolled dough around a stick. Luckily, they’re on every corner. I spent these three days simply walking around. I found myself coming back to Charles Bridge each day because the sights were astounding. I managed to go on a short, but hilly run on my last day. I challenged myself to the hills because I thought it would be good to give my calves a rude awakening, but once at the top, I looked behind my shoulder to absorb a view that I had no idea awaited me. I cried a few times on this trip and this moment was included. The photos speak for themselves.
